Krastavci su sve što trebate za idealne ljetne salate
Kada temperature pređu 30 stupnjeva hrana postane blagi problem. Možda mozak želi janjetinu s ražnja ili ćevape, ali tijelo bi ipak nešto hladnije i laganije. A i stajanje kraj vatre ili pećnice ne čini se privlačnim.
Hranjive i ukusne salate idealan izbor, a opcija je bezbroj. Salata od krastavaca, u bilo kojoj verziji, vrlo brzo postaje viralna na Tik Toku, a mi smo vam pripremili nekoliko najukusnijih opcija.
1. Čili sezam krastavci
Trebat će vam:
- tanko narezan krastavac
- 1 žlica sezamovog ulja
- 2 žlice rižinog octa
- 1/4 žličice soli
- 1/4 žličice šećera (ili drugog sladila)
- 2 žlice soja sosa
- 1 žlica sezamovih sjemenki
- 1/4 žličice čili pahuljica
Sve pomiješajte, ohladite i uživajte.
2. Krastavci s grčkim jogurtom
Trebat će vam:
- narezani krastavci
- grčki jogurt
- soja umak
- rižin ocat
- češnjak u prahu
- malo meda (ili drugog sladila)
- pahuljice čilija prema ukusu
Sve protresite dok ne postane kremasto, začinjeno, kiselkasto i potpuno prekriveno.

3. Kremasti krastavci s tunom
Za salatu:
- 2 konzerve tune
- 2 velika krastavca
- 1 šalica kukuruza
- 1/2 crvenog luka
- Sol i papar
- 2-3 žlice kopra
Za kremasti preljev:
- 1 šalica nemasnog grčkog jogurta
- 3 žlice lagane majoneze
- 2 žlice senfa
- 2 češnja češnjaka
- sok limuna
- 2 žličice meda
