I find myself getting a lot of questions about how to stay positive and happy during these times. My first piece of advice to you would be to identify the point of negativity that is most directly affecting you in your life. Is it a person? Is it your news source? Whatever it is in your life right now that's fueling you with negativity, give yourself time away from it. . Allow yourself to focus on the things that make you happy! Maybe it's going for a jog, indulging in your favorite activity, watching your favorite movie, or cooking your favorite meal. . Do what you can to ensure that the world and its problems don't consume you and tear you down.
